PensioenTijd was founded in 2021 by Johan van den Bogaert. Johan has been active in the Dutch pension landscape since 1998. During this period he has gained extensive experience in pension consultancy to SMEs and pension communication to the employees of these companies. He has assisted works councils and provided training to boards, HR departments and employees.
He has also completed interim assignments for large pension funds. Assignments where customer contact and for example complaint management were central.
Johan believes that complex financial products such as pensions can be explained in a simple way, with personal attention. Digitalization can be an aid, but no more than that. Being able to look each other in the eye over a cup of coffee and see whether your wishes and needs are feasible. Just like with your car, invest annually in the state of your pension!
Johan thinks it is important that people work towards their retirement in a sporty and social way. PensioenTijd wants to contribute to this by sponsoring local sports clubs and activities.
