PensioenTijd was founded by Johan van den Bogaert. Johan has been active in the Dutch pension landscape since 1998. During this period, he gained extensive experience in pension advice to SMEs and pension communication to employees. He has assisted works councils and provided training to boards, HR departments and employees.
He has also completed interim assignments for pension funds and insurers. Assignments where customer contact and, for example, complaints management were central.
Johan believes that complex financial products like pensions can be explained in a simple way, with personal attention at the centre. Digitalisation may be a tool for this, but no more than that.
Being able to look each other in the eye over a cup of coffee and explore whether your wants and needs are feasible. Just like with your car, invest annually in the state of your retirement!
